Words Of Thanks

Nothing means more to The Brian Ahearn Children’s Fund or to the generous people, who support our mission, than hearing “thank you” form those who we have helped.  Here are just a handful of examples:

“Thank you for the gift that you sent to me and my family.  It makes me happy to know that there people who help kids like me who are sick.  I’m sorry to hear that you lost your son, but I bet he knows how much you love him each time you help out another child.”

“Thank you for your generous gift to our family.  Because of the Brian Ahearn Children’s Fund our son was able to acquire the Go Talk 9 augmented communication device, allowing him to express his needs at home and in the school setting.  Because of the Brian Ahearn Children’s Fund our son has a better quality of life.  Thank you.”

“My children and I would like to thank you Jeff and everyone on the Board of Directors for your generous donation….In this time of grief my family finds great comfort knowing that there are organizations like the Brian Ahearn Children’s Fund supporting families, friends and communities.”

“Your gift came along as if it were sent down on angels wings.  I had no idea what I was going to do for the holidays for my children, let alone my bills.  Please know that you have made a difference in my whole family’s life.”

“I cried when I read your letter and found the check enclosed.  I can’t believe the kindness that you have extended to us.”

“We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your very generous donation to our family.  There isn’t any way for us to put in words how thankful we are.  The money has been such a help with our financial burden.”

“I heard my wife gasp as she opened your wonderful letter with the check enclosed.  I thought that maybe it was another bill like the one we received for our son’s helicopter ride to the hospital.  But no; instead, this loving act of help for us.”

“We would like to thank you so very much for the very generous donations that you sent to us.  We appreciate it more than words can express.”
